Your Data Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Hualo.

30-Day Grace Period

After submitting your request, your data will be marked for deletion. You have 30 days to recover your account before permanent deletion.

Deletion Options

Delete your entire account including all personal information, booking history, preferences, and payment methods.

Remove personal identifying information while retaining anonymized booking history for service improvement.

Delete your booking history and preferences while keeping your account active for future use.

Data That Cannot Be Deleted

Legal Requirements

Some data must be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes:

  • Tax records and financial transactions (7 years)
  • Fraud prevention and security logs
  • Anonymized data for analytics (no personal identifiers)
  • Essential system logs for security purposes

This must match the email address associated with your Hualo account.

Confirmation Notice

By submitting this request, you confirm that:

  • You understand this action is irreversible after the 30-day grace period
  • You will lose access to your account and any associated benefits
  • You cannot recover deleted data after the grace period
  • You are authorized to make this request for this account

Send a deletion request to hualo.app@gmail.com with your account email and deletion preference.

In-App Request

Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account in the Hualo mobile app.
