Nature of services
Hualo facilitates ride bookings, play slot reservations, and venue enquiries. These are service-based transactions and do not typically involve shipping of physical goods.
Ride service fulfillment
Ride fulfillment begins after booking confirmation and depends on provider availability, location, and operational conditions.
Play and venue fulfillment
Play slots and venue enquiries are fulfilled based on partner-side availability and acceptance. Confirmation details are shared in the app.
Physical shipment clause
Hualo does not currently sell physical products through this website. If physical goods are introduced in future, estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be published here.
