In-app deletion steps
- Open Hualo app.
- Go to: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm account deletion request.
Email fallback method
If in-app deletion is not available yet, email hualo.app@gmail.com with subject Account Deletion from your registered email or phone details.
What gets deleted
Account profile data and service-linked personal data are removed or anonymized according to operational and legal constraints.
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
